There is a new playground located on the beach Jaz which includes swings, slides, and big slides located in the sea, and an entrance into the sea for handicapped individuals. Guests also have the choice of playing beach volleyball. During the summer months, competitions are held in beach volleyball and soccer.

The mountainous but tamed inland of the Island of Ugljan and Pašman have a number of trails that are perfect for walking and bicycle tours. Cycling lovers have the opportunity to rent a bike and enjoy a ride around the islands or on one of the new mountain bike paths. Amongst the many different recreational activities, guests will be pleasantly surprised with the marked bicycle, mountain bike, walking, and hiking
trails that the islands have to offer. There is also a recreational mountain trail, Željina, which shows a picturesque view of the Adriatic. At the top of the mountain trail there is a fort, Saint Mihovil, located 265 m above sea level. The fort has a magnificent view of Zadar and NP Kornati’s archipelago which consists of over 200 islands.

If you are an avid hunter, this island is the place to be during the hunting season. The season applies to hunting rabbits, little rabbits, pheasants, woodpeckers, pigeons, and quails. Management of hunting on the island is well organized. The island offers a rich and varied catch to all individuals interested in hunting on the island.

The island of Ugljan offers its guests a rich cuisine with enhanced culinary skills in a warm Mediterranean environment. The island restaurants promise their guests the ultimate dining pleasure which include local specialties prepared by environmentally healthy food from small gardens, freshly caught fish, shellfish, and a variety of grilled and baked dishes (baked under an iron cover). All meals are prepared with homemade olives and olive oil of the highest quality as well as all of the ingredients being extremely natural and indigenous.

The Island of Galevac, also known as Školjić (islet), is close to Villa Eden. The little island is covered in Mediterranean vegetation, which is hiden by the valuable monastery “Franjevaca Trećoredaca” from the 15th century Saint Paul monastery. This is an ideal place for bathers who would like some peace and quiet on a private beach. A small boat, driven by “Uncle Šime” will take you to the Island of Galevac

If you do not have a sailboat of your own, you can rent one in marina Preko or in Olive Island marina which is located in Sutomiščici,or on the island of Ugljan in the agency that offers sailboat renting with or without a skipper.

The beautifully decorated walkways on the islands of Ugljan and Pašman are ideal for recreational walking. These walkways are ideal for sightseeing. For example, northeastern areas of the island, beaches, specific towns and their historical monuments, marinas, pine forests, century-old olive trees… While taking a relaxing walk, you can experience the beautiful view of the Adriatic. The view is especially exceptional from the fort Saint Mihovil (265 m above sea level). There is an asphalt road (3 km long) that leads to the fort which offers a magnificent view of over 200 islands from Zadar and NP Kornati’s archipelago.
